Ferran Torres is close to joining Paris Saint-Germain

Journalist Thomas Andreu, writing for the Catalan newspaper Sport, revealed a pivotal development in the transfer market: Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain have reached a preliminary agreement for the transfer of Spanish forward Ferran Torres to the Parisian club.

The financial agreement stipulates that the French champions will pay €50 million as a fixed fee, with an additional €5 million in performance-related bonuses.

The deal has entered its final stages, with legal representatives from both clubs working to finalize the details and draft the official contracts to ensure all administrative and financial clauses are met.

Paris Saint-Germain is expected to complete the player’s medical examinations in the coming days, paving the way for the official announcement of the transfer and Torres’ presentation at the Parc des Princes before the end of this week.
