Reports: Al-Hilal terminates João Cancelo’s contract in preparation for his move to Barcelona
Saudi journalist Hamad Al-Suwaihli reported that Al-Hilal is close to finalizing a contract termination agreement with Portuguese player João Cancelo, paving the way for his official transfer to Barcelona as a free agent.
The Portuguese defender is nearing a financial settlement agreement to mutually terminate his contract with the Saudi club, Al-Hilal, thus opening the door for his permanent return to Barcelona.
