The Spanish newspaper AS revealed an AI-based analysis to identify the most suitable player to reinforce Real Madrid’s midfield, as the club searches for a suitable replacement.

Spanish midfielder Martin Zubimendi emerged as the top choice, with the analysis concluding that his technical attributes align with the role Rodri was expected to fill, particularly in positioning himself in front of the defense, controlling the tempo of the game, and building attacks from the back.

This comes amidst uncertainty surrounding Zubimendi’s future at Arsenal, following the arrival of Brazilian Bruno Guimarães, which may prompt the English club to consider offers for the Spanish player.

According to reports, Arsenal might demand around €90 million to release Zubimendi should an official offer arrive from a interested club.

The player’s potential move to Real Madrid remains contingent on the Spanish giants’ decision regarding strengthening their midfield, as well as Arsenal’s stance on selling him and the final price they will set for his transfer.
