Chelsea face AC Milan in a friendly match in Indonesia

Chelsea will face AC Milan in an international friendly in Jakarta, Indonesia, on August 8th. The Gelora Bung Karno Stadium will host this footballing clash, which comes as part of both clubs’ intensive summer preparations ahead of the new season.
Historically, the London club holds the advantage with five wins to Milan’s one. Chelsea has recorded two wins and three losses in their last five encounters, while Milan has managed one win and two draws during the same period. The last meeting between the two sides ended 4-1 in favor of Chelsea in August 2025.
Chelsea’s starting lineup includes goalkeeper Roberto Sanchez, defender Wesley Fofana, and Mehdi Nicol Djazoli. Migueli Modric is unavailable due to suspension, which extends until April 2030, while Romeo Lavia and Jimmy Jermaine remain sidelined with injuries.
