Mazraoui: “I am ready for the start of the new season”

Moroccan international Noussair Mazraoui, a Manchester United player, has confirmed his readiness for the new season.
“I don’t think you lose much in three weeks of rest,” Mazraoui said in a press statement. “I played a lot of games in the World Cup, so I’m not far from my best physical condition.”
He continued, “I feel refreshed and I’m ready to start the new season.”
Mazraoui also praised the atmosphere within the team, believing that the current group has helped the new arrivals integrate quickly, including André Santos and Youri Tielemans.
“They’ve integrated very well,” he said. “We have a good group of players, everyone gets along easily, and I think we have players who give the new arrivals that feeling of comfort.”
Mazraoui joined Manchester United’s training sessions last week after helping the Moroccan national team reach the World Cup quarterfinals. He played his first minutes of preseason training in the 1-1 draw against Paris Saint-Germain before featuring for the final 30 minutes against Leeds yesterday.
