Reports – Arsenal and Newcastle reach agreement regarding Guimarães

Arsenal have reached an agreement with Newcastle United for a £75 million ($101 million) deal to sign their Brazilian captain, Bruno Guimarães, according to reports.

The Brazilian midfielder’s future has been the subject of much speculation in recent weeks, with reports suggesting he wants to leave St. James’ Park and move to the Emirates Stadium.

Guimarães, 28, joined Newcastle from Lyon in 2012 and scored nine goals in all competitions for the Magpies last season.
