Milan include Al-Wahidi among their summer options
AC Milan continues its search for a new right-back, with Moroccan international Zakaria El Ouahdi on its shortlist of options to strengthen that position.
According to Sky Sports, El Ouahdi, who plays for Belgian club Genk, is among the names being considered by the Italian club to replace Zakaria Etikam, who joined Olympique Lyonnais on loan.
El Ouahdi, born in 2001, is one of the options being considered by the Rossoneri management, who are monitoring several players before making a final decision on the deal.
If Milan decides to pursue formal negotiations, they will have to consider Genk’s financial demands, as the club has valued the Moroccan player at between €13 and €15 million.
El Ouahdi is among the names being monitored by the Italian club to reinforce the right-back position, pending the outcome of Milan’s activity during the remainder of the summer transfer window.
